This year, make the power of manifestation work for you! When you implement some of these simple practices, you can develop a more positive attitude, and maybe even transform your entire life!

1. Journal everyday

Journaling is scientifically proven to be beneficial for the brain. Regular journaling strengthens immune cells, reduces the impact of stressors, and removes mental blocks. It can assist in helping you to gain clarity, learn about your inner self, reduce stress, and be a better problem solver. It accesses both the left and right hemispheres of the brain, nourishing creativity as well as analysis and rational thinking.

If journaling is difficult for you, there are many really cool guided journals on the market to help you get started. This one by The Calling Man is designed for men and explores different archetypes like the king, the magician, the warrior, and the lover.

2. Listen to Solfeggio Frequencies

The Solfeggio Frequencies are part of an ancient 6 tone scale of fundamental sounds that have positive effects on the body and mind because they resonate in harmony with the Schumann Resonance of 8Hz. The more natural and comfortable vibrations of the Solfeggio Frequencies helps humans become attuned to the natural world.

Proponents of sound healing believe that these specific frequencies and tones correlate to particular healing energies in the body and each frequency has its own unique benefits. To read more about the different frequencies and their benefits check out this article.

HZP, a new software by SYQEL, allows you to change the frequency of any song in your music library so that you can experience the benefits of Solfeggio Frequencies. Click here to download!

3. Make a Vision Board

Creating a vision board or a mood board is incredibly helpful as it serves as a visual representation of your goals. Visualizations are a powerful manifestation practice, and each day as you look at the board you have created it will help you stay motivated, focus, and increase positivity.

In order to create a mood board all you really need are some old magazines, paper, scissors, glue, and colored writing utensils. Your vision board can include cut outs of images, drawings, words, and mantras that relate to your personal goals.

4. Dance!

We all know that movement is great for our physical and mental health, but sometimes a new workout routine can seem daunting and difficult to stick to. If this sounds familiar, consider incorporating dance into your daily routine. Dance is a form of direct expression through body movement and a powerful form of therapy. It has intense mind-body restorative capabilities.  Plus, it’s super fun.

The practice known as ecstatic dance involves listening to music and moving your body intuitively for long periods of time until you enter an ecstatic and meditative state. This practice pairs perfectly with listening to Solfeggio Frequencies on your HZP.

5. Spend time in nature

Again and again scientists have proven that spending time in natural spaces improves overall wellness. Forest therapy or forest bathing has been shown to promote health and prevent disease. Being outside calms the nervous system and fosters a sense of mental clarity and emotional well-being.

Forests and other green spaces are becoming increasingly recognized as a necessity for human health and can completely eliminate a number of medical symptoms associated with stress including anxiety, depression, mood disorder, and burnout.

To experience the benefits you don’t need to wander off into the wilderness. Even if you live in an urban environment, most cities have parks and green spaces readily available. Make an effort to spend a little time each day outdoors!

It only takes small changes everyday to totally transform your life. Through implementing these easy and fun practices in your daily routine, you will experience an overall increase in wellness for your body, mind, and spirit.
